We took a count last night and we are sitting at a solid 105 tickets sold with money in hand. However the count might be as high as 110 (there was a couple guys that we couldn't get a hold of last night, so we went off what they had stated earlier). I know we've sold a couple online since we took the count so I haven't included those. None of our committee guys have bought their tickets yet either so it's gonna go up from here. The interest seems to be picking up the closer we get to the drawing date, so I hope we can maintain the momentum to get to 175. I will be real happy if we can sell 75 more tickets before the drawing. If you are thinking about this raffle and waiting until we hit the 175 mark...It ain't gonna happen without your help!!! It's time to get off your wallet and help push this thing over the top.

We've agreed if we don't hit the 175 ticket mark we will allow the winner to buy the extra tickets for the boat. Which means if we sell 125 tickets the winner can buy the remaining 50 tickets and take this $8,500 boat home for $2,500.(we will give them a short amount of time to think about it or obtain a loan) If the winner chooses to buy the extra tickets we will also be picking three winners for the guns. If the winner chooses to take the cash this will be a straight 50/50 drawing and the three guns will not be given away.

The winner would be foolish not to buy the extra tickets to take the boat. You could sell just the motor and still walk away with money in your pocket.

So...There are ten days left until the drawing, this is a great deal so don't wait any longer to buy a ticket.

We are sitting around the 136 mark as of today. I think we got Money in hand for about 130 and commitments from committee guys including myself. We are a far way from 175, but it shouldn't take much money for the winner to make up the difference for the boat if they choose.

Read the flyer at the top of the page...It states if there was less then 175 tickets sold the raffle would be a 50/50. Trust me...We gain nothing by giving this boat away!!! A 50/50 raffle would be much better for us. We would just like to see someone go home with the boat.

We sold 162 tickets for the raffle. Which meant the grand prize winner would've had to pay the difference of $650 to take the boat. He chose to take the $4,050 dollars in cash instead of the boat. Our committee made the decision to draw for the guns also, even though the winner took the 50/50 cash pay out.
