Where is the boat launch of Horeshead lake?

Guys,
I have been trying to find the boat launch on Horsehead lake in Mecosta county. According to the 2007 Sportsman connection fishing map guide it is on Elm road but I drove it all the way to the end and found no launch. I am sure there is public access somewhere or the state would not be planting it with Walleye.
If anyone can help me out on this I would really appreciate it.

You needed to take a right on N horsehead lake drive off elm...you were within 300 yards of it.
