i happened to find a fenwick venture for 40 bucks at a local tackle shop good buy or not?

Just ebayed it, and there were 2, one for $40, and one for $60 (plus shipping)...Also googled it and saw a post where a guy got one for $20 on clearance at Walmart FWIW.
