I was wondering if anyone has been up to Hamlin Lake this past weekend. Just looking for an update to the flood situation.
I have been following information on the Ludington Daily News site and the road update maps. Still a little confused though so I thought I would ask here.
It seems that Sherman Road may be open from Dewy to Fountain which would get me around the road closures on Jebavy. I have two weeks coming up in July at Indian Pete Bayou on the upper Hamlin.
I also saw that water contact on the lower south of the state park has been banned due to contamination.
Is the launch at Wilson Hill Park open? I believe this is the one near Barnharts on the upper Hamlin.
If anyone has information to pass along I sure would appreciate it.
