Are you talking the extreme north side of the island? I'm assuming walleye is your target species.

havent heard of anything as of today on the herring or a mayfly hatch down there. had heard about a week ago that some herring were starting to show up and eating cads off the water.

We are in Cedarville until July 5. Been doing well on herring this week. Most have come from Mc Kay bay. Wax worms on a red tear drop. Casting a half oz swedish pimple (red) is getting even more.
Mayflies are getting going. Tues Pm there was a huge hatch in Hessel.
Smoker is staying busy!!
