'91 25hp evinrude...is this normal?

my new boat has the afore mentioned evinrude and it seems to always be wet under the hood... like water and wetness around the engine, under the cover. is this normal or is it a sign of something bad? thanks. matt.

something is leaking.run it without the cover it should be easy to spot

Nope.............not normal. Is it gas or water? Whatever it is you need to find the spot its coming from and fix.;)
