any good "how to" links for bench seat removal and flooring?

i have a 14' flat bottom and it's plane jane with 4 bench seats. thought it would be nice to take one or two benches out and put a floor in along with a couple pedistal seats but how much is involved here? anyone have a how to site they'd recomend? this maybe something i can't even do myself but wanted to throw it out there and see what you guys thought.

Just word of caution, make sure the seats aren't part of the structural integrity of the boat.
I had thought about doing the same to my deep-v but the way they are riveted in, it gives the impression that the boat would "fold" outwards without them.

If they are not part of the integrity of the structure. simply drill or grind heads of rivets and remove.
