fawns

i live on the st. joe/branch co. line and it seems that nearly all fawns i`ve seen this year have been singles. only saw one set of twins so far. this doesn`t seem normal ( for around here ) to me. what have the rest of you been seeing?

Ive heard the there is a link between the number of fawns a doe produces and the amount of nutrients/minerals provided for them. Over by me (Mecosta Co.) i havent been seeing a whole lot of twins, mainly just single fawns.

so maybe the extra hot and dry summer last year has something to do with it. never thought about that.
