Went out with Butch this morning for an impromtu trip. Hit the water at 6:30 fully expecting to be back in at 9. Not so much. Took our first in 110 before we could get our second rod set. Then we trolled til 10:30 going 5 for 6 the entire morning. Tried 110-200 fow 25-95 down.
3 Hits on 300 30lb copper doctored blue puke
1 on mix veg 57
1 on jmaician sunrise 60 down
1 on coyote down 57

Nothing on 5 color, 45lb copper, or wire dipsey. Changed up quite a bit.

Started 1 mile north of PS and ended up 1-2 miles south of GH

I went out in the am also. Had a double and lost both at 6:00 am in 64 feet of water. I'm guessing steelhead as they were airborne fish, hooked them on Moonshine lures. Trolled out to 150 and decided to reel in the lines and call it a day now 10:00am to my surprise a nice little coho that didn't trip the release or may have hit as I was reeling it up. Caught the coho on NBK 42 feet down.

Talk to a man at the launch all he got were Lakers and he set those fish free.
