My son has a 1967 9.8 Mercury outboard that developed a fuel line leak. I thought that we could change the lines ourself untill I looked at the close quarters and the fittings. We took it to a mechanic who said they dont work on motors that old. We found this little place in Erie Michigan called Fishers on Perch drive and in 4 days had it back with new lines and tuned up carb. They could have nickle dimed but fixed and made sure we were happy with the way it ran b4 we took it.
Its a old place that has parts for all sort of older motors and its good to know that theres still a place around that is honest with their customers.

Great to hear. There is a place like that in Southfield called Northwest Boat on 10 mile. I have been using them for years and they can fix anything. George who owns the place knows everything about any motor from the 1950's to now.

George also prices his Polar Kraft boats right. Way under Freeway's prices for the identical items. Dont be set back by the looks of the old building he is in.
