City Chicken HELP!!!!!!!

Ok guys i need some new ideas for cooking up some breasts. I still have a bunch of birds in the freezer and was looking for some different was to prepare it. I have done the wraped in bacon, made pot pies, marinaded and grilled, flash fried it and finished in the oven but i need something different and any help would be great. Thank you in advance!

The wife bought some ground chicken so I pattied it and grilled it burger style and it was good.

I also cube it fry it and cook it in with some gravy and serve over mashed potato's.

The "X" oven Fry's breast cut in to strips and breads with BBQ potato chips?
