Is this a new forum?
So much meat, so little time!
Some things to try, I know the title was BBQ recipes, which alot of folks think grilling is BBQ, but it aint, grilling is grilling, BBQ is low and slow. Looks like you are looking for grilling ideas.:)
Half loins on the rotiserie are one of my favorites, bacon wrapped scallops, bacon wrapped pork tenderloin medallions, Cedar plank Salmon, marinated shrimp skewers. These are some of my favorite things to grill on the propane, or charcoal grill(when not doing steaks, burgers, dogs or brats).

once tomato season arrives.....
thick slice of tomato....little old bay lay a fillet of walleye or salmon on the tomato ....on a very hot grill......fish will steam through fast and if it sticks some you lose tomato not fish
started that one last year we didnt have the cedar boards wet .......worked well
another one we do often is walleye ......a fillet with skin and scales left on......dust the fish with chilly powder on the grill and spill some get a really different smoke flavor by burning the seasoning

I don't remember ever seeing a BBQ part before. I know the wildlife cooking has been here forever. This seems to be the only Thread on the BBQ recipes!
Anyways, glad to see it.:)

It does seem to be a new forum on this msg board and this is the only thread in the forum. A search going back to the "beginning" only shows this thread.

Thats what I mean Alex! I thought it was new, but oh well, must be the powers that be seen enough interest here for the BBQ chatter and recipes. I think Riva got it started awhile ago. It's all his fault!:D

Everything is his fault.:D:D
To many forums already. Each new forum divides us up even more. Some people are now just posting their question or comment in forums with more traffic just because these newer forums do not get the usage they should and the msgs do not get read. Oh, well.
