Can anyone tell me if it's worth going to Lakeville Lake for Gills or Panfish, right now? Thinking about hitting it early Saturday, or Sunday morning. If not, is there a nice Gill lake to fish in that general vecinity? Got a gal that I would like to impress! She likes Panfishing! I don't have a little boat. I have an old '69 sea ray, with an I/O, 18.5' long. Went shore fishing Sunday afternoon in Bald Mountain Rec area, and caught several small sunfish that were bedding. One crappie, also small. Looking for a meal of keepers. Thanks!

While i was bass fishing in the front, my son was bobber fishing in the back. Lots of small fish, but he did have 5 or so hand size fish. seemed they were either 2.5 inches or over 6 inches. Not much inbetween. Bigger ones were in the cove in the opposite corner than the boat ramp. First dock on the left. Good luck.
