What a great day

Took my three year old son out fishing in the pond, and the bass were on the beds. Man did he have a blast. Caught several nice bass the biggest being about five pounds. And had the big mama of our pond brake the line at shore(she should be around 10 pounds this year). Also caught a ton of 10"-13" inch hybrid gills. He had a blast. He loved catching handfuls of the millions of tadpoles and throwing them out and watching the gills attack like pirhanna. What a great day to be out.:) And I never even got my pole out.

Definately was a great day fishing here as well. Caught tons of nice bullgills and some very nice bass, smallmouth and largemouth mix. I figured they were done spawning but i was wrong!

it was a good day, i caught the biggest bluegill ive ever seen... could not believe it, the fish took up 1/3 of the bottom of a 5 gallon.

Great job man, it was definitely a beautiful day for fishing. My son turns three tomorrow and can't wait to get him out myself. I discovered a nearby lake that should have much the same action you were talking about...best way to keep a 3 year old interested.
