I finally got out since having back surgery in April. Fished in front of Metro Beach yesterday from 1500-1900. Should've quit at 1545 since I got my first and only three wallys in the first 45 min. Crawler harnesses in 8 FOW at 1.6 mph. Why do people flock to you after catching a fish as though that's the only spot in the lake to catch any. Oh well, had fun and made a small dent in filling the almost empty freezer. Also caught a 24in Musky a little north of there. What's the going rate for crawlers this year? I paid $3.00/dozen and felt like I got taken. Is anything happening in the North Channel yet or do you have to get north a little?
