Myers Lake In Byron Michigan

I was wondering if anyone has fished myers lake in byron and what kind of fish are in the lake?

I do believe it is just a private lake but I'm not sure, we went there for a church picnic a year or two back and caught some monster bluegil. Thats all we were really fishing for though.

my famliy camps there for pretty much the whole summer every year. lots to be had in there. the bass fishing in pretty decent. the bluegill fishing is great. go to the south end of the lake in 15 FOW, and jig small cubby jigs. that produces some monster gills. just outside the campground is the shiawasse river. lots of smallmouth and pike in there. good luck.
