Fished lsc friday went 7 for 10 trolling body baits in 7 fow. Fished sun morning scr between port huron and marrysville caught 11. 2 were caught handlining 6 were caught jigging w/gulp worm and 2 were caught with harnesses w/gulp. Fishing was not consistant. 1 fish here 1 fish there could not keep them going. fish are not schooled up in the daytime like they are at nite. Sun eve took out a couple newbies on lsc went 5 for 6 w/body baits 7fow. From 10p.m. to 12:30. had to go in due to sick boater onboard. fish were steady and were biting when we left. wish we could of stayed out cause we had just found a good school of fish. all in all was an ok weekend of fishing. definatlly better than work!:lol:

Nice job on the eyes! Fishing the south end of the lake? I had a buddy of mine get there 2 man limit in 2 hours last night! He caught 1 that was 8.5 lbs spawned out!

say there mint greenwalleye machine, where abouts in lsc 7' of water were you catchin them eyes? i did see alot of boats on the water between metro and ginos.... by any chance were you out that way? i was out sunday morning over there and i thought it was pretty slow. wanted the girlfriend to catch some fish so we changed games and ended up with almost a 2 person limit of slab gills and sunnies in the canals!!!! fine by me!!:D

Hi, I'm pretty new to walleye fishing and this site and I was wondering what body baits are ? Are they like rapalas or something else ? Thank you for any reply or example.

You got it Stonefly.....any type of Minnow imitating lure...Rapala, Bomber, etc...

heres another newbee question what size boby baits work best for walleye?
i'm new to this shore fishing thing and trying to get it dialed in.
