I've got a cell phone pic of some I found a few days ago. It isn't a good pic though. I apologize. Here's the pic and I'll try to find some links with good photo's as well. Look on dead or dying Big Tooth Aspen trees. They are the best host. However, I here they grow on others as well.:)

They grow in tight clumps like this on trees and have sharp white gills on the underside. If you find them in the wild they have a mild sweet anise smell to them as well. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Pleurotus_ostreatus_JPG6.jpg
