Looks good Buckshot.

Tell me more about the marinade if you can...I googled it and you appear to be the only person in the world with the recipe????

This is the best way to cook it. I use a stick of butter, (did not say it was low fat) 2 packages of Good Seasons Italian Dressing (the packets that you use to make the dressing sold in the salad dressing aisle) and about 4 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Cut into strips and take off as much membrane as you can to keep it from being chewy. Dip the pieces in the mixture once you have melted the butter and stirred it up, and put is on the grill on a low flame. The butter will drip and cause the grill to flame up, which is what you want. Keep turning the pieces over and move them around and once they feel firm, set them aside on low heat. Brush the left over mixture onto them and do not over cook. It is an easy and wonderful recipe from my grandmother.

That is from MS member Kozbow I coined the phrase KozyMoto Marinade
because I used a spin off of his recipe. I marinaded mine in G.S.I,olive oil and lemon juice. They are both excellent.
