Found these today there where a bunch of them.From what i can tell they are VelvetFoot..Can someone help me Identify these.Pretty sure im correct on my assumtion on what they are just wanna be sure..

Hi Hunter
I've seen them many of times in the past growing off dead elms
as I believe is where you found them, but I have always passed
on them since they are the lookalike to the Deadly Galerina which
I've seen growing on the same tree.
And they do look real close imo.

Of the folks I know that eat them, they are not considered a choice edible,
so I'll pass.
But if you want to try them, you should get a spore print off them
before you do.
