Help!!!

I need some help, brother and I both applied for turkey hunting permits. On March 16th I got a letter in the mail that said I was successful, but he didn't. We checked online and my information was there but his was not. It told us that not such person had applied. Then we took a look at the receipt that he got when he replied, you know the one the tell you to hold on to. Sure enough the drivers license number that was on the receipt differed from my brothers by one number. When we checked that number we came up successful, but they had no information as to who he is. My question to you guys is who can I get in touch with to clear this mistaken identity? Thanks and good luck.

This is the person to call at the Department of Natural Resources------C. Alan Stewart, 517-373-1263. He's the turkey guy, maybe he can help. I always check my number, some of those clerks have fast fingers. Hope you get that ironed out.
