I have known this was comming since December
I put on a fur demonstration with one of the CO's just after they busted the bunch. That night I talked to the other CO when Hamiltonreeef and I were at the twin lakes goose hunting hearing.

I'm glad the officer took the initiative to do the investigation and get them caught. Hopefully they also lost their jobs too. This kind of reminds me of the guy that used to work for the park service in Houghton that flew the seaplane to Isle Royale. Heard from someone that went with him to the island after it had closed and shot a moose and cleaned it for the meat. Doesn't really matter where you work there are bad eggs everywhere.

The one guy looks like he should have been busted for stealing too many cookies out of the cookie jar, what a bunch of dumbasses.

I have to laugh at the fact that they got caught because he posted pictures of him with the deer on an internal DNR site. What a moron!!!
If you are going to poach why would you brag about it, let alone post a picture of it on the DNR's website.
Suprisingly, bragging is probably the number one reason that criminals in general get caught. Definitely don't have to be smart to be a crook.
