Picked up 2, both 20" jigging in Algonac tonight. The bite started heating up around 6pm. Saw quite a few fish caught. Pretty sure I would have had more with a couple more passes but I have to get up early so I called it quits at 7pm.
Wonderbread jig with a Smokin' Shad Zoom Fluke.
Water temps are creeping up !

we ended up with 4 and banged one off with the net. Talked with a local and he told me he does better with a jig and big minnow.

were you in algonac? if you were with the pack, which boat were you?

We were in the pack for awhile. It was a friends 16 foot aluminum.

Trolled spoons, Jigged, and whipped thursday evening north of algonac. 2 walleye whipping, one sucker jigging and one sucker trolling. Nice night. water temp 47. water very clean. 20 fow for the walleye.
