WALLEYE MIKE

Got one today before the wind whipped up big time. It went from dead calm to 20 mph in minutes.
Got the one pulling a Rip Stick 40 ft back with a 3/4 oz snap weight another 40 ft with an inline board. Marked hardly anything downstream of the power plant. Lots more marks above.

Good deal Mike! You tired of walleye fishing allready, or waiting for the fish to hit SCR and the lake?

I made my last run for salmon in the SCR today. Picked up a limit of coho this afternoon and 1 walleye. The wind made it tough going. All came on downriggers with spoons and Raps.

Nope, just something different. Got enough wallys in the freezer for now. (don't want to break the possession law)
Kinda like expanding your horizons so to speak.
Will be back at walleyes this Fri., Sat., and Sun.

Sounds like you have done well. Spring salmon are just starting to heat up on Lake Ontario. All cohos in the St Clair?
