Question about ramps

I know this is a mushroom site but I find ramps when I find mushrooms. Can you eat the leafy greens from the ramps? Has anyone ever cooked them like greens?

check google there are lots of interesting recipes there for ramps... I was a little thrown off by the term ramps...I have always called them leeks...hope this helps.
