PMTT On the Detriot river MUSKIE

Has anyone heard the the location of the Pro Muskie Tourney being held on the river in Sept.This is an AWESOME Tourney Payout of $20,000 for first place if the class is full...entry fee $600 per boat 2 men teams...Just wondering what the boundries will be and take off location/

Why would it be held on the river?? Just for the casting guys?

Not sure what there reasoning was....But it is not limited to casting, trolling is allowed in the PMTT they obay whatever laws apply.......I know some of the water they fish is limited to casting only.The rules are posted at the site...........
