Morels in the UP

How far north do morels grow? Even up in the Keweenaw?

Last year (middle of June) we picked quite a few in the Newberry area, as well as in Munising. Also ran into a lot of ticks up there too :bloos:

They grow in the west end. both black and blonde. havent seen any gray's 600 miles / 4 Dollars a gal. / 20 miles to a gal. = 120 there 120 back. 240 to shroom hunt. :confused:
