The sunny and calm days have got me just itchin to smoke some food, and I haven't done enough chicken lately. So with the Texas race comming on around 2:30 on sunday, I decided to smoke a few wings.http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff55/Captspanky/TBS-1.jpg
These don't take nearly as long as anything else cept a fatty, and I like to crank em up a lil higher (250-300) depending on what else is in the cooker.
Here is after 2 hrs, and just before the foil pan!

Basted them with SBR's wing sauce before I covered the pan with foil, and gave em 1/2 hr. more heat.
As the green flag waved, I was sliden them wings through some home made blue cheese dressing!;)
