You dont have to worry about anything. We are all a pretty easy going bunch. This is about talking smack and having fun, and let me tell you there is going to be a bunch of guys (HunterHawk, Dsconnell, Smoknngunn) talking smack.

Have fun and dont worry about hurting anyones feelings, I think we are all smart and mature enough to have a good time and talk a little friendly smack.

hmmm i dont think they are dumb, they are just fairly easy to trick sometimes... i think if you bow hunted turkeys without a blind like the indians would have done it would be a whole different ball game... there are still those old smart birds that know the range of your weapon and will hang up...

I wish I would have gotten a picture of this but before I started turkey hunting I saw a turkey struttin around in the back edge of my property, watched him for about half an hour. Seen him doing what I thought was mating but no hen was anywhere to be found. Walked out later that afternoon to go and clean up some wood I had cut earlier and walked right by where the tom was. Now I am really not sure as to what of if he was doing what I thought he was doing but there was an old tupperware bowl that was flipped upside down on the ground and well the ground was spurred up all over the place around it. No feathers on the tupperware but it sure did draw him in.

Well guys last night I was invited by Team #2 The Redneck Yacht Club for dinner. So I did, and when I got there I was looking at the BIG turkey pen out back and saw that there were only 5 turkeys in the pen.:confused: I was a little confused but I went to the door, and was invited in. well the season will be on us soon and i have yet to pull the shotgun out into the feild. i have been smart enough to put the choke tube in and replace the battery in the red dot and the decoys are up in the back yard maybe i should go downstairs and locate all my calls and get them ready. well less than 2 weeks before the first birds will be posted.
