Neighboring Private land owners

Just wondering if anyone else has had issues like this.

I am fortunate to be able to hunt a family farm in Genesee County. We have a wooded 40 that is bordered on two sides by other owners. In total, there are 4 other owners. No one has the property posted except for one of the neighbors and he has signs on every other tree along with a bunch of orange spray paint.

Now the dilema:
I was hunting Wednesday morning near the property line and the posted neighbor got all upset with me that I was hunting to close to him. Being the polite person I am, I will move to another area if I know I am near one of the neighbors. However this ticked me off!!

We have created a little food plot on the property that borders his property. As a result, the food plot has created a nice open space in the tangled part of the property that would be difficult to shoot 10yrds and hot hit a tree.

So this guy on his posted land and who is very protective of anyone tresspassing on his land has the nerve to sit right on the property line to hunt the food plot that is on our property since his land is to much of a tangled mess to get any sort of clear shot off.

By the way, if we happen to shoot a deer and it goes on his property, we have been denied access to go retrieve the animal. In being the good neighbors that we are, we have made it clear that if any of the neighbors has this happen, they are more than welcome to retrieve the animal, just don't hunt on our land without permission.

I say move to state land

This last Saturday we had an incident also.
We hunt 130 private (farm) acres in Northern Oakland County, my buddy got a good hit on a buck. We had good blood, but the deer made it across the smallest corn field and into our woodlot where the blood trail got better. Now the problem, it jumped the neighbors fence and (we had an earlier incedent on the 15th.) we looked at each other and knowing no one was hunting over thier we proceded to start looking for the deer. We saw him come out of the house about 500 yards away so we retreated back over the fence. Needless to say we never got the deer. The DNR aproached the farm road entrance but never came back to talk to us. As I said earlier in the post, On the 15th the neighbor saw a deer ( 10 point)(he also is sitting above 200lbs of corn) come to our fence line with my friend sitting in his elevated stand. ( 5 more yards and he's in our field )the guy starts sky busting at the deer 100 yards away( with buck shot), directly in line with my friend. So now the woods are getting peppered with buck shot, Some choice words are exchanged and the guy said he didn't want us to get the 10 point, he would rather scare it away. *&%$#@
$%#hole. What would you do / should we have done diffrently?
