Well who else got to go ice fishing in april this year??

I just got home hit up a canal by my friends house on the northern part of anchor bay ice was about 4 incs and watery and slick with alot of open water at the ends ... only got about 15 keepers but the first time i was on the ice in April since i can remember .. well down here anyways... my friend took some pics im gonna try to get them tomro.. Any one else get on today :D:D

I should be able to fish for another two weekends up here in the up. I was out this past weekend on 25" of ice and a lot of the lakes have even more than that. We had a big snow storm last night and got 15" of snow so it might be a bit of a mess this weekend but I can't complain to be ice fishing this late.

still ice up here. a little slushy on top from this 60+ degree weather last two days.we fished fletchers saturday and they wer still on higgins today
some shore ice is gone
