Cougar in Delta County?

Don't know if this has been posted but I just found this on the DNR website.

Wisconsin, Kansas, and Michigan all have recent "first" confirmations. Illinois just had new set of tracks also.

Did the feds delist the cougar so it is now ok to find them?
