Here's the scoop-
Got my pictures developed from out west at Ritz camera. They sent the negatives to Kodak to have them put on a cd. Got it back last night, and the cd is a picture viewer called Microsoft Picture It! Express 2000. Now, I can save the individual pics as .jpeg or bitmap files using a command on that program. Problem is, the jpeg pics are around 650kb, way over the allowed 250kb. How can I fix the pics so I can post them? Do I have to crop them until they are small enough? Is there any way I can scale them and save?

BTW-The bitmap files are HUGE! Something like 4.5 MB!
