Nope, that's the work horse on that and all my rods. The Curado ain't the sexiest reel around but you can't kill it with a ball bat and it is a reliable piece of equipment. The only reel that has ever made me consider using something other than a Curado is that new Revo Premier. That bad boy is Sweet Sexual Chocolate. Waiting to see how well they hold up though. I'm VERY hard on reels and need something that is going to last. I'm talking to Berkley about a sponsorship right now though and may be giving up my Shimanos. I've been with Shimano for several years and it would be like saying goodbye to an old friend. If this Berkley/ABU deal works out though I'll have about 12 or 13 Curado's for sale CHEAP. Less than a year on them and priced right 100 bucks a piece. I'll let y'all know if it happens.

Sounds damn good Scott , that is IF ya get the deal and you survive all the smack talk from a buncha ungrateful wingnuts runnin' loose here....
:dizzy:
I think big boss bass look good in plaid & flip-flops...LOL!
The Revos are cHiNeSe and the Shimanos are JaPaNeSE , and better built IMO!!
I gave pretty HEAVY consideration to the Revo S ( I like pin brakes) earlier this year - but if I could spend a C-Note on a Curado - HEY! that's a good deal!
I have a few Citicas and I know of a few guys that say to forget spending the extra on a Curado D - the Citica D's are as good or better than the Curado B's.
:D
Got any 5:1's or CU100DSV's in the mix???
