Question of the week?

Hi all, Been busy training over the last month. So now that I'm back for awhile heres your question.

How many of you enjoy making crafts out of items that mother nature supplies?(ie woodburning, painting morals, etc)

Hey Born, how ya been?
Cindy and I have made willow chairs, I had a backyard full of them two summers ago.
Wish I had more time for crafts, they are a relaxing way to spend time.

I make wood arrows for my recurve bow, and this year I'm going to use the feathers from my turkey for the fletching.

One of my favorite mediums is antlers. I am building an antler chandelier for my dinning area and already made an antler lamp for my living room. I have some large elk antlers for a floor lamp.

I also have some twig furniture and would like to build more.

I like the "lodge look".

Dried weeds make great arraingements for the home too. Pretty soon I will be adding some Bittersweet Berries to an arraingement.

Sounds like everyone's got some interesting hobbies. I'm into woodburning and painting, I just started so have to perfect my technique. Sure is alot of fun. Take care Born

Woodburning is a cool hobby, maybe you can post a pic sometime.
Ever do any bird decoys??? Burning feathers into them?
