I have two more brews in the fermeter, a pale ale and an ESB.
Wednesday night I racked my brown ale and saved the yeast; planning to brew another brown today and pitch that yeast to the new batch.
Problem is it went down to 15 degrees last night and my outside spigot is frozen, need that for my wort chiller. Hopefully it will thaw by this afternoon if not I’ll brew it next week.
