BPS this past weekend

Got to talk to Dennis Lanzy from the FLW tour. What a nice guy!!! Talked to him off and on throughout the weekend for a total of a couple of hours.
We discussed last years DR tournament and places to fish the river. Very forthcoming with any info I had asked of him.

Everytime time he past my table he had to stop and watch a video I had playing (walleye jigging) it got his blood moving. Just like the rest of us, he's got the itch to fish and can't wait to hit the river.

Yep, Denny is a great guy....In fact I used to mate for his brother for a long time before I was able to obtain my license, and his nephews are two of my best friends. Just saw him a while back at his mother's funeral. Of course he wanted to talk fishing as he had just got back from Mitchells Bay the day before and Simcoe right before that. Told me to give him a call whenever I need some last minute info. Helped him out with a deep water wire dipsey program one year for a tourney he was fishing in eastern lake Erie, he did really well so I think he owes me.....:D;)
