Custom built 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with many amenities. Knotty pine interior with rustic maple hardwood floors, ceramic tile floors, and custom Amish trim. Kitchen and baths have beautiful hickory cabinets. The great room is open to the second floor family room with ceiling high windows and a gorgeous view of the Muskegon River. Custom log stairs take you to the second level large family room with a great view and master suite. The large 1.5 stall garage is immaculate and includes a kitchenette that you can use to clean all of your fish. The additional 30x26 garage will hold your toys and is finished, insulated, has a water supply and a nice counter area with cabinets. Enjoy entertaining or simply enjoying nature in your large backyard with a 20x12 deck and 2 additional 10x10 decks. Watch all of the wildlife that roams the river and the expansive woods across the river. Buyer will retain usage of boat ramp right next door and additional lot space is available. I want to apologize to everyone regarding the frequency of items appearing in the forum section here. We are actually only entering properties in the Land/Cottages/Cabins for sale (http://www.michigan-sportsman.com/classifieds/showcat.php?cat=6) classified section, but it appears that the description information is automatically submitted into this forum. I will see what we can do about stopping this. I certainly wouldn't want to wade through these postings in a discussion format either.

We focus on recreational properties and I am trying to help our customers with exposure in the real estate for sale classified section of Michigan Sportsman. I have paid for a sponsorship and only want to do what is appropriate and not take advantage of anyone's time or use this site inappropraitely.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and will do my best to remedy our intrusion. I will also post this reply in the other threads created by my postings to be sure everyone is aware of the situation. I hope everyone enjoys the site as I do, and I will do my best to get out of the way. Thanks.
