Enjoy your own quiet and secluded home on 10 acres and 800 feet of blue ribbon trout stream right out your back door. The private drive winds through mature pines to the home setting just feet from the river. The large entry takes you to the kitchen and great room with a spiral staircase to the upper level balcony and bedrooms. Most of your time will be spent in the beautiful 4 season room with a fantastic view as the river winds through the property. Cathedral ceilings are in the great room, 4 season room, and master suite. Two sets of sliders open to the expansive deck with brick patio overlooking the river and perfect for entertaining and a few steps lead you to the dock. There is a brick fireplace in the great room as well as the kitchen. Wildlife abounds with deer, turkey, waterfowl, mink, otter, fox, and a large variety of songbirds. Catch brook and brown trout right from your back yard and take advantage of the hunting as well. Many amenities include a new roof with seamless gutters, passive solar panel and a wood burning furnace for reduced energy costs, new propane furnace, new central air and insulation, central vacuum, underground fencing, buried propane tank, and the home is wired for a generator. A new 12'x28' separate garage/storage building holds your equipment and extra toys. This peaceful setting is just a mile from White Cloud and approximately 50 minutes from Grand Rapids.

All of your feedback is accurate.

I want to apologize to everyone regarding the frequency of items appearing in the forum section here. We are actually only entering properties in the Land/Cottages/Cabins for sale (http://www.michigan-sportsman.com/classifieds/showcat.php?cat=6) classified section, but it appears that the description information is automatically submitted into this forum. I will talk with the site owner to see what we can do about changing this. I certainly wouldn't want to wade through these postings in a discussion format either.

We definitely have some price challenges, as well as challenges with finding buyers in this market. I'll try to make sure anything that seems unfairly priced is taken out of this site. We focus on recreational properties and I am trying to help our customers with exposure in the real estate for sale classified section of Michigan Sportsman. I have paid for a sponsorship and only want to do what is appropriate and not take advantage of anyone's time or use this site inappropraitely.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and will do my best to remedy our intrusion. I will also post this reply in the other threads created by my postings to be sure everyone is aware of the situation. I hope everyone enjoys the site as I do, and I will do my best to get out of the way. Thanks.

Pat Fowler

I agree. When I went to the hunting-fishing classifieds this am I had to scroll through at least 20 real estate adds that had been bumped to the top burring adds that were pertinent to that forum.

Blocking his posts will not help with legitimate posts in that forum being buried for those looking for something hunting and fishing related to buy. The real estate forum is where these posts belong.

Yeah, I emailed this guy twice about some property but he doesn't respond......what's the point of listing all these ads if you don't respond to interested parties?????

Thanks for responding back..........didn't mean to come across sounding like jerk. I've dealt with a few lazy realtors over the last year while looking for land.....many of them make stuff up or misled me in an attempt to get me to purchase the property. I got fed up with realtors who pretend to know about hunting/fishing property just to get my business.
I checked around with a couple of MS members and they said you know your stuff when it comes to selling hunting/fishing property. Therefore, I'll give it a try and hopefully we can get the ball rolling soon!
