I suggest you buy it online.
You can print out multiple copies to keep in various locations.
You can also resize it as long as it's legible.

Just bought mine for 08. Now I still need to hold my 07 on me right? I didn't read the fine print but does the 08 go into effect on the 1st of April? Or is it good already?

The license is good from 3/01/2008 to 3/31/2009

I always by online. I keep one in each boat and one in the wallet. I'm never without one.
