Bugs grrrrrrrrrr

The bugs are terrible in the UP this year. Mosquitos wow. Anyone got some good suggestions in fighting them off. I'm allergic to some bugs and had a reaction twice in a month now. I have to get an epi pen so I can give myself a shot when I get bit by a bee, hornet, spidar, and now I found out deer flies. I wear pants usually and jackets, but I'm into everything trying to find the perfect fishing hole, lol. Any help would be great and don't tell me stay home because theres fish out there with my name on them ,lol. I tryed deep woods off doesn't help much, guess I'm just too sweet, lol. Born

A good repellent (try Muskol) and maybe some bug netting over your head will do the trick. You probably already do this but take your epi pen with you in the field.

I have had to go afield with long sleeves and pants no matter that it is hot and humid as heck just to cut trails in my woods. There has been a lot of rain in the lower in the last few weeks. The skeeters have been down right hateful. Now the B52's are hatching out (giant black horseflys). They sure pack a wallop.

OFF dose not work for me either,BUT
OFF "SKINTASTIC" cream works great.Never been bit with it on.Go figure.Another thing that works fairly well is an electronic mosquito repeller.It seems to work pretty well as long as you turn it on right away before they get a taste of you.

Heavy clothes and a head net do the trick for me.
