IVE BEEN A SIGHT SHOOTER FOR YEARS AND NEW TO THE INSTINCTIVE STYLE. I BOUGHT A RENEGADE TX-5 RECENTLY AND HAVE BEEN SHOOTING W/OUT SIGHTS WHILE USING A FINGER GLOVE. IVE TRIED CANTING THE BOW AND SEEM TO HAVE MORE PROBLEMS THAN STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN. AT 15 YARDS IM STARING TO GAIN CONFIDENCE AND ACTUALLY HITTING IN THE AREA THAT IM LOOKING. ANY TIPS, COMMENTS....I CAN USE ALL THE HELP I CAN GET. :help:

I cant the bow very, very little when shooting instinctive. Here is one odd thing I do; I am a right handed shooter and my sight line is between the string and the bow, rather than outside the string. As for various yardages, I shoot first at known yardages back to about 35 yards. After a month to two months I then go with all unknown yardages. However, if I miss, I then check the yardage with a rangefinder. Soon a pattern develops and then you can go practice at known yardages near the one that is giving you a problem.
Also shooting instinctive, it is important that you shoot a lot and not miss very many days. It may take several months before it comes together but it will come together if you are persistent.
Good luck.
