well finally found a hole with some fish in it! this was our first time on the ice in this small private lake (hartland area), My nephew caught most of them, he was slaying them right next to my son and I, we think (or hope!) is was his light line and a small chartreuse jig, we also caught 3 perch but dinks, the pike was caught on a tip up, its 29 inch's and weighed 6 Lbs, going to hit it tomorrow with new jigs and clear thread!
