Job, bills, kids, wife....Oh nevermind!

I always heard it was better to fish on a falling barometer. That looks like a pretty low number

Falling barometer is usually the best...........high pressure usually turns the fish off...............

When the pressure is moving up or down.(when its on the move)It's great!
But when the pressure is steady, Not Good at all.

I've always gone by 29.8 to 30.2 as best and a falling barometer (often indicating a storm coming in) as the best fishing.

Here are two fishing barometers. You can zoom in to read them. The second one is way off (IMO) with the "poor" conditions being around 30 but the idea that rising is best and also for a short period at a fall are common between the two. I personally believe the sudden fall from around 30 and a storm approaching can turn fish on a feed and while possibly brief would be the best conditions for catching fish.
