Martini Lake Area

Im headed up to the Martini Lake area this weekend. I will probably be fishing Pretty lake because it is the only one that I have fished before, but only in the spring, and had very good fishing. Has anybody been up that way recently or heard anything about the bite in the area?

Spent last weekend on Mecosta Lake a bit south of there. Got a decent mix of gills and perch, and a few pike on tips. Wouldn't call it fast action, but steady. No info about the Martiny's though.

How was the Ice on Mecosta Lake? And how deep were the Pike?

We measured 14" of ice. Pike we caught on tips/shiners were in about 15 feet of water set about 10 feet down. Got one 30", and a couple smaller, along with a couple sub-legal too.
