Park Lake - Bath/Lansing

Has anybody ever fished Park Lake in the Lansing/Bath area I have heard the perch action there is pretty good was just wondering what others have to say... Also any info on some good areas to find them in there?

I think I once heard that lake was contaminated in some way... I may well be wrong, it's been a few years since I lived in the area...

That lake has a TON of small bluegills, small catfish and we've caught some small pike.

That being said... WEEDS!

There are SOOO many weeds. You can barley run a boat through most of it.
