6 boneless breast.
2 tbl spoons lemmon pepper
2 tbl spoons Mesquite seasoning (grill master is what I use)
1 tbl spoon of fresh ground pepper
2 tbl spoons seasoning salt
1/4 cup of lemmon pepper&garlic sauce&marinade
(I use world harbors)
2 shots of apple pucker
1 clove of fresh garlic (choped fine)

Mix all the seasonings/marinade,pucker in a bowl. Place pheasant in the bowl make sure it covers all the pieces, let set for about 1 hour. Melt a 1/4 stick of butter in a frying pan, place pheasant/marinade in pan and fry untill done fliping to make sure both sides cook. This takes about 30-45 minutes to cook. Gives a slight tangy flavor to the pheasant. Apple pucker is optional. All mesurements are aproximent.
I serve it with some fried potatos.

I forgot to menition that is 6 half breast or 3 hole breast. It also works good for pork chops.
