Nice pike

My wife managed to bring this pike in on 2 lb test. It came from a small lake in Brighton last week. the fish measured 41 inches and weighed in at 15 pounds. She said its about time she put one on the wall.:)

That's pretty incredible. It's hard enough to catch a pike like that on anything, but to do it on 2lb. is awesome. That takes alot of patience and alot of skill. Plus a hand to land it. You should both be proud. You should write a letter to the line company with your story and a picture. I know Berkley will sometimes send you free stuff.

Did you check the Master anglers for pike caught on 2 # test. I am not sure if they still record the fish to line records anymore but if it was my pike I would mount it. Congrats!!!

congrats, that is awesome!!! i would definitely check the records, i wouldn't be surprised if that is a record pike for that line class.
