i sent my lowrance X67c in last friday on the 15th. I called lowrance on the 19th and they said that they had got it and it could take up to two weeks to fix. they sent nit out on the 22nd and it got here today on the 26th they fixed it. but sent me a remanufactured one back but it works just fine and has no problems with it so thats ok.:)
