Fished Friday through Monday at four differnet lakes both public and private with very little success. The fish would chase but just wouldnt commit. Anyone else having this problem. And yes I did change baits and jigs!

I've had that problem alot and was beating myself over the head trying different jigs and bait with no luck. Only luck i've had was going with a tiny jig with red and white spikes.

All I can say is ice flies and don't quit jigging. You really have to trigger a bite when they have lockjaw. The fish can't seem to leave my ice flies alone, but then again that's not a bad problem to have.

I have dropped the camera and see a lot of fish but they will not bite. Do you tie your own flies or purchase them. Either way what pattern do you use? I tie flies and have tried several ice imitations but have not had any luck. If you wish PM me.
